A wall Hanging

Hi everyone,

It is such an amazing feeling to be part of the Imaginations DT.. Thank you so much Aditya, Vishakha and Nikkita for this opportunity. I hope I would be able to do justice to the store and blog and also inspire some of you out there with my creations.

So, the very first challenge is anything goes with distress inks. Now I LOVE my distress inks. I can go on and on using it and not get bored. There is just so much to try with it. The sky is the limit when it comes to distress inks. Our store has all the colors of distress inks at a great price too.  Get your creativity unleashed with these wonderful inks.

I created a wall hanging for my project using inks stamps and dies. Everything is handmade including the base frame which I made using sturdy card stock..

Sharing a few close ups of some of the elements of the wall hanging .

die cut tags distressed with some stamping for writing you own personal message

The base panel was scored using my Scor-Pal to give it the look of the bricks. I know the orientation is wrong but MY husband insisted I do it this way, he said.. Go Ahead Defy Gravity. Who am I to deny my DH.

The whole base was distressed using vintage photo, tea dye and walnut stain distress inks. There is a play of colours behind the sentiment. Wait for a while to know how it was done. The scallop square is the Happy Crafters Die from our store which was distressed using mustard seed distress ink.

Most of the products used on this wall hanging is available on Imaginations
